YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器是根據《試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器》標(biao)準(zhun),在(zai)油(you)(you)浸式(shi)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)基礎上而設(she)計生產的(de)。SF6氣(qi)(qi)體具有(you)良好的(de)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)性(xing)(xing)能及優異的(de)滅(mie)弧性(xing)(xing)能,其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)強度(du)為同一壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下(xia)(xia)氮氣(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍。在(zai)0.25MPa下(xia)(xia)與(yu)油(you)(you)的(de)擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)相等,在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下(xia)(xia)是油(you)(you)的(de)擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)2倍,是一種優于油(you)(you)的(de)新一代超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材料(liao)。該產品技(ji)術要求完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標(biao)準(zhun),它是油(you)(you)浸式(shi)輕(qing)型(xing)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)換代產品。該產品具有(you)體積小(xiao)、重量輕(qing)、不受氣(qi)(qi)候變(bian)(bian)化影(ying)響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現場搬(ban)運(yun)無需(xu)靜止可使用(yong),使用(yong)壽命長(chang)、免維修等特點。適用(yong)于電(dian)力(li)系統、工礦(kuang)企(qi)業(ye)、科(ke)研部門等對各種高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)備、電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元件、絕緣(yuan)材料(liao)進行工頻或(huo)直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)(xia)的(de)絕緣(yuan)強度(du)試驗。

二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦(ou)合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使(shi)用說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作半(ban)波整(zheng)流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當(dang)用(yong)一短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為(wei)交流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路(lu)桿(gan)時,作為(wei)直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)。

注:高壓尾必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電流在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電阻(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細(xi)應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間(jian)隙及保護電阻:當電壓超(chao)過(guo)球間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電,對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然(ran)(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電壓以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被(bei)試品內(nei)有不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具(ju)有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)品是否停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線與(yu)地(di)(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接地(di)(di),要按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進行試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工(gong)作線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼以及操(cao)作系(xi)統的外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)(zu)的F端(duan)以及高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后(hou),應(ying)在數(shu)秒內(nei)勻(yun)速的將調(diao)壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用(yong)。除(chu)試驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決(jue)不(bu)允許全(quan)電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)長(chang)期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家(jia)有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的(de)確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些(xie)。
