二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外(wai),這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸布置減(jian)少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因(yin)而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的外(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見(jian)其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗所需的(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺(tai)YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短(duan)路桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時,可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀態。

工頻耐壓試驗中限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓器的額(e)定容(rong)量來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適量硫(liu)酸銅(tong)配(pei)制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不(bu)同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試品(pin)和試驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須(xu)防止突然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在零位時突然合閘。也(ye)不能突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能(neng)拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正(zheng)(zheng)常情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源。停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)內有不正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線(xian)原理圖(tu)(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后(hou)才(cai)可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及(ji)引線與(yu)(yu)地(di)、與(yu)(yu)操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充(chong)電電流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應分級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya),分別(bie)讀(du)(du)取各(ge)級(ji)電壓(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表的穩(wen)定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本(ben)身充(chong)分放電。

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗接好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)(de)外殼必須可靠接地。試驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)(duan)必須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始按(an)一定的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的額(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后(hou),在(zai)以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀表的指示(shi)以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀表的指示(shi)及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過額定參(can)數使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以(yi)下(xia)不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)(或(huo)數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電(dian)流表(biao)直線(xian)上升

被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第(di)9項(xiang)系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不(bu)得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)額定輸(shu)出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ;——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的頻率

被(bei)試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由設備的(de)類(lei)型(xing)而定。
