二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試(shi)驗變壓器采(cai)用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的(de)(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結(jie)(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生(sheng)產(chan)的試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓套(tao)管(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲(huo)得(de)工(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出狀態(tai);取消(xiao)短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出狀態(tai)。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有(you)足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法(fa):用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的,其(qi)原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出來(lai)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方(fang)法(fa)。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監(jian)護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈(jing),并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損(sun)壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即不(bu)接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調(diao)整球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突然合(he)閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)正常情況時(shi),應(ying)立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。停止試驗并(bing)查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗中限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部(bu)位上(shang)去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無(wu)誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試品(pin)的外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中所(suo)規定的內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試(shi)品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級(ji)(ji)電壓下微安(an)表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)組的F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器必須調到零位后方(fang)可接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程中如(ru)發現測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓(ya)器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必(bi)須(xu)外,決(jue)不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流(liu)表直線(xian)上升

被試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后(hou)立即關(guan)閉閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置(zhi)于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下(xia)長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊(jin)固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由(you)設備的類型而(er)定。
