三、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試驗所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)流為1A以上(shang)時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常(chang)準確的(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出(chu)來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)做好(hao)分(fen)工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人(ren)監(jian)護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免(mian)損(sun)壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)應先進行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)然加(jia)壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)突(tu)然合(he)閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能(neng)拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品(pin)內有(you)不正常(chang)的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在(zai)做被試品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗時(shi)接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗(yan)應先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加(jia)到有人工作的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后(hou)才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)(an)表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電。

1、按照您(nin)所進(jin)行的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼必須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必(bi)須調到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源,合(he)閘(zha),開(kai)始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按一(yi)定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指(zhi)示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指(zhi)示及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應(ying)在數秒內勻(yun)速的(de)將調(diao)壓器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)全電壓通(tong)電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin)。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直射的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長(chang)期存(cun)放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)、壓(ya)力(li)表(biao)不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關(guan)標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣設備預防(fang)性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率(lv)
