二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大(da)了繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)(shang)為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資料請見其(qi)具體使(shi)用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)所(suo)需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)容量來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作(zuo)為限流電(dian)阻,管子(zi)(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)(zi)粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不(bu)同的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應(ying)做(zuo)好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門(men)人(ren)監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空升試驗。即(ji)不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計(ji),調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器不在(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應(ying)在(zai)調壓器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi)(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi)(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)(fa)現下(xia)列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)壓表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限流電(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流。如電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流電(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到(dao)有人(ren)工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的**距離,被試品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安(an)(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)(an)表的穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦(dan)發生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分放電(dian)。

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。試驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))以及(ji)測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通(tong)過絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器(qi)必須調到零位后(hou)方可接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)測(ce)量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試品的(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中或(huo)試驗過(guo)(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試品情(qing)(qing)況異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參(can)數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現以下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期(qi)關(guan)閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品不(bu)允許(xu)在(zai)高于45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期存放、使(shi)用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標(biao)準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變設備的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高壓的有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率

被(bei)試設備的電容(rong)量Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
