一、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機概述

二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)采用單框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同(tong)軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌(guan)式容器(qi)結構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其(qi)結構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)為單相變壓(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作半(ban)波整流,以獲得直流高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)(duan)路桿將(jiang)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得工(gong)頻(pin)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交流輸出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)(duan)路桿時,作為(wei)直流輸出狀態(tai)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量硫酸銅(tong)配制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)間隙保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準(zhun)確(que)的,其(qi)原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,被試品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)員應做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)(dui)于大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都(dou)應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能太(tai)快,并必須(xu)防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零位時突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用(yong)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是否停(ting)電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切(qie)對外(wai)連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被(bei)試品的(de)(de)外殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下(xia)微安表的(de)(de)穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視被試品、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的低壓(ya)繞組的X端,測量繞組的F端以及高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必(bi)須調到零位(wei)后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決(jue)不(bu)允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中(zhong),如發現以下不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明原因(yin)。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力閥(fa)及壓力表(biao),為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使(shi)用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)(fang)、使用、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家(jia)有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源的頻率
