二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱(zhu)灌式容器結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產(chan)的試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書(shu))系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經(jing)操作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)(guan)子長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制(zhi)方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球間隙(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一(yi)般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護作用。球間隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度(du)不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)突(tu)然合(he)閘。也(ye)不能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的(de)直流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試(shi)驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一(yi)切對外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有(you)人(ren)工作(zuo)的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝(zhuang)置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查(cha)(cha)高壓設備及(ji)引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼(ke)是否可靠接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防(fang)止(zhi)被試品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各(ge)級電壓下微安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)(qie)監(jian)視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)本(ben)身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓尾(wei))以及測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第(di)三(san)(san)級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓尾(wei))均接本級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三(san)(san)級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查(cha)明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至(zhi)零位(wei),然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須(xu)外(wai),決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開(kai)閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立(li)即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應(ying)放置于通(tong)風、干燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的(de)頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
