二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)器,聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公(gong)司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器配(pei)套(tao)專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體使(shi)用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)(lie)操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的(de)高電壓(ya)。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足(zu)夠的熱容量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到(dao)保護作用。球間隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的,其(qi)原因是由于(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使試品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被試品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試品上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系(xi)方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應先進行(xing)空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時(shi)突然合閘。也不能突然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)(rong)量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被(bei)試品的外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的內容(rong)進(jin)行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加(jia)壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被試品、試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢(bi),降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您(nin)所進行的試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的外(wai)殼以及操作系統(tong)的外(wai)殼必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的低壓繞組的X端(duan),測(ce)量繞組的F端(duan)以及高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的外殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的外殼(ke)(ke)必須(xu)通過絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位(wei)后(hou)方可(ke)接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按(an)一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額(e)(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品情況異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定參數(shu)使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很(hen)大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力閥(fa)(fa)及壓力表(biao),為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月(yue)開閥(fa)(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被(bei)試設備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放(fang)(fang)、使用、放(fang)(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和(he)操(cao)作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防(fang)性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ;——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設(she)備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
