一、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器概述

二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本(ben)公司(si)生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳(xiang)細資(zi)料請見其具(ju)體使用說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)初(chu)級(ji)繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原理(li),在試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所(suo)需的(de)高電壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲(huo)得直流(liu)(liu)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

試驗(yan)變壓器高壓套管中的高壓硅堆未畫出,其(qi)原(yuan)理與上(shang)圖相(xiang)同(tong)。

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)做被(bei)試品的工頻耐壓試驗(yan)使用接線原(yuan)理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適(shi)量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過(guo)球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)(que)的,其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現(xian)象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)(lou)抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確(que)(que)測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有(you)專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先清掃干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應(ying)先進(jin)行空升(sheng)(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并(bing)必須防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在零位(wei)(wei)時突然(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零位(wei)(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以(yi)下時(shi)(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)在做(zuo)被(bei)試品的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和(he)沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電(dian)容(rong)量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否停電,接(jie)地放(fang)電,一切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗電壓加到有人(ren)工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特(te)別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設備及引線與地(di)、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規程中所(suo)規定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試品的充電電流燒壞(huai)微安(an)表(biao)。必要(yao)時應(ying)分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各級電壓下微安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進(jin)行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)外殼必須可靠接地。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可(ke)接通電源,合閘(zha),開始(shi)升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切(qie)注意測量儀表的(de)(de)指示以(yi)及(ji)被試品的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試品情況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),查明情況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或(huo)數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有(you)不正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表,為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)被試設備(bei)的(de)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度(du)下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗技(ji)術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率

被(bei)試設備的(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)橋測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
