二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采(cai)用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種(zhong)同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖1:

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)(pei)制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確的,其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現(xian)象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗(kang)必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損(sun)壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan)(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升試驗(yan)(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時升壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如(ru)調壓器(qi)不在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表(biao)指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在(zai)做(zuo)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電壓時,輸出端短路電流不超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)流。如電壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)流電流為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流電阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流電阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的容量和沿(yan)面放(fang)電距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電壓下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等(deng)異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后(hou)應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外殼以(yi)(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外殼必須可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的F端必須可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地(di)。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端(duan)(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼(ke)。**級、第(di)三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極(ji)慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一(yi)定的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度(du)上升到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注意測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超(chao)過(guo)額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直(zhi)線上(shang)升

被試品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后(hou)立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅(shan)自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操(cao)作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設(she)備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
