二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為本(ben)公(gong)司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專(zhuan)用設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具(ju)體使用說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電磁(ci)感應(ying)原理,在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交(jiao)直流高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直流高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)為直流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器做(zuo)被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗使(shi)用接線原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高壓(ya)尾必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水電阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度可按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)壓(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de),其原因(yin)是由(you)于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現(xian)場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)(shi)品(pin)時(shi)升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加(jia)壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時,才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現下(xia)列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺(bai)動很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接(jie)線(xian)原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)。如(ru)電壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試品是否停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到(dao)有人工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應特(te)別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試品(pin)的(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所(suo)規定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被(bei)試品的充電電流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電壓下微安表的穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切監(jian)視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗(yan)接好工(gong)作線(xian)路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及操作系統的外(wai)殼(ke)必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組的F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前(qian),操作系(xi)統的(de)調壓(ya)(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電(dian)源,合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按(an)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情況異(yi)常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明(ming)情況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

被試(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)(fa)門(men)),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表不(bu)得(de)擅自(zi)松(song)動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關(guan)標準和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試(shi)設(she)備的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大(da),
