一、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機概述(shu)

二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)采用(yong)單(dan)框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減(jian)少了漏磁通(tong),因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳(xiang)細資料請(qing)見其具體(ti)使(shi)用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消短路(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管子長(chang)度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放電,對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確的(de),其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確(que)相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞(huai)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接(jie)試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突然(ran)合(he)閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷(duan)電(dian)源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開(kai)始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或(huo)(huo)耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現下(xia)列(lie)不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的接線(xian)后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓。應特(te)別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是(shi)否(fou)可靠(kao)接地(di),要(yao)按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容進(jin)行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)(an)表(biao)(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下微安(an)(an)表(biao)(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源后(hou)應將被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

1、按照您(nin)所進(jin)行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級試驗時,**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)。**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可(ke)接通(tong)電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定(ding)(ding)的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允(yun)許(xu)全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下(xia)不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因。

被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月(yue)開(kai)閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力,應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后(hou)立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得(de)擅自松(song)動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的(de)有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)(pin)率

被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很(hen)大,

可由設備的類(lei)型而定。
