二、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸布(bu)置(zhi)減少了漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產(chan)的試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所(suo)需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸出狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)輸出狀態。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量來(lai)選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細(xi)應具(ju)有(you)足夠(gou)的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)(bao)護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試品起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并(bing)有專門(men)人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)時升壓至試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止(zhi)突(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在(zai)零位時突(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零位時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試驗電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或(huo)(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如發現下列不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電阻還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試驗前(qian)應(ying)先檢(jian)查被試品是否(fou)(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外(wai)連線是否(fou)(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要嚴(yan)防(fang)將試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無(wu)誤后才可加壓。應特別注意(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備(bei)及引線與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)。必(bi)要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您(nin)所(suo)進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)(bi)須可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)(bi)須可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在(zai)數秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明原(yuan)因。

被試品內(nei)有不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月(yue)開閥一次,以檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有關標準和(he)操作規(gui)程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被試設(she)備(bei)的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
