二、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了繞(rao)組間的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產(chan)的試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)(yong)說明(ming)書)系列操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法(fa):用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量硫酸銅配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在著漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感(gan)應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)調壓器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具(ju)有足(zu)夠的容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試品(pin)是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被試品(pin)的外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設(she)備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的(de)充電電流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微(wei)(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)密切監(jian)視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安(an)表(biao),一旦(dan)發生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍等(deng)異(yi)常現象應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您(nin)所進行(xing)的試驗接好(hao)工作線路。試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼以及操作系統的外(wai)(wai)殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高壓尾(wei))以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組的F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示以及(ji)被(bei)(bei)試品的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)(bei)試品情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被(bei)試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為長(chang)期(qi)關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)長期不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中(zhong)不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標準(zhun)和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防(fang)性試(shi)(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而(er)定(ding)。
