注(zhu):高壓(ya)尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)額定容量(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液(ye)配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間隙(xi)(xi)及保護電阻:當(dang)電壓(ya)超過(guo)球間隙(xi)(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被(bei)試品(pin)起到保護作(zuo)用。球間隙(xi)(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya))選取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由(you)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應(ying)做好分工(gong),明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試品和(he)試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行(xing)空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接(jie)試(shi)品(pin)時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必(bi)須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速(su)降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情(qing)況時(shi),應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源。停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表(biao)指針擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在(zai)做被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)(jie)(jie)線后,應(ying)(ying)復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓(ya)(ya)。應(ying)(ying)特別注意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人員(yuan)的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼(ke)是否可靠接(jie)(jie)(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必(bi)要(yao)時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩(wen)定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現(xian)象應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)(jie)通電源,合(he)閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及(ji)被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)如(ru)發(fa)現測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及(ji)被(bei)試品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或(huo)斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的(de)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由設備的類型而定。
