一、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器概述

二、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為本(ben)公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理(li),在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需(xu)的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工作原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中作半波整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得(de)(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路桿(gan)時,作為直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態。

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的工頻耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗使用(yong)接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei)必須可(ke)靠接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用水電(dian)阻作為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻,管子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(liang)(水阻液(ye)配制方(fang)法:用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的,其原因是由于試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升(sheng)(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)(rong)升(sheng)(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法(fa)。并有(you)專門人(ren)監護(hu)現(xian)場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即(ji)不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零位時突然合(he)閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能(neng)拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原(yuan)理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操(cao)作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接地(di)放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)后(hou)(hou),應復查(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)外(wai)殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電壓下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)必(bi)須通過絕緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源前,操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器(qi)必須調到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接通(tong)電(dian)源,合(he)閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極(ji)慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)(e)定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如發(fa)現(xian)測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現(xian)以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查明原因(yin)。

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被(bei)試品內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長期(qi)關(guan)(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以增(zeng)加氣(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測(ce)量被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光(guang)直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書(shu)外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變(bian)設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出(chu)高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很(hen)大,

可由(you)設備的類型而(er)定(ding)。
