二、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou)(gou),初(chu)級繞組繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器結構(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生(sheng)產的(de)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料請見其(qi)具體使(shi)用(yong)說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試驗所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具(ju)有(you)足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球間(jian)隙整定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用。球間(jian)隙保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取(qu)(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確的(de),其原因是由于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對(dui)(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現下(xia)列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在(zai)做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong)(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及(ji)注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢(jian)查(cha)被試品(pin)是否停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線(xian)(xian)后,應(ying)復查無(wu)誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)(xian)與地、與操作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容(rong)進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩(wen)定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及操(cao)作系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的(de)調(diao)壓器(qi)必須(xu)調(diao)到(dao)零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘(zha),開始(shi)升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表的(de)指示(shi)(shi)以及被(bei)試品的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)指示(shi)(shi)及被(bei)試品情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,查明(ming)情況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器返(fan)回至零位(wei),然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品(pin)不得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表(biao),為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品(pin)做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標準和操作規程。可參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)
