一、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器是根據《試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器》標(biao)準,在油浸(jin)式試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)基礎上而設計(ji)生產(chan)的(de)(de)。SF6氣(qi)體具(ju)有良好的(de)(de)電(dian)氣(qi)絕緣性(xing)能及優異(yi)的(de)(de)滅弧(hu)性(xing)能,其耐壓強度為同一(yi)壓力(li)下(xia)氮(dan)氣(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓的(de)(de)空氣(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍。在0.25MPa下(xia)與(yu)油的(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓相等,在0.45MPa壓力(li)下(xia)是油的(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓的(de)(de)2倍,是一(yi)種優于油的(de)(de)新一(yi)代(dai)(dai)超高(gao)(gao)壓絕緣介質材料。該產(chan)品技術要求完全符(fu)合《ZBK-41006-89》標(biao)準,它(ta)是油浸(jin)式輕型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)換(huan)代(dai)(dai)產(chan)品。該產(chan)品具(ju)有體積小(xiao)、重量輕、不受氣(qi)候變(bian)化影響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現(xian)場搬運無需靜止可(ke)使(shi)(shi)用,使(shi)(shi)用壽命長、免維修等特點(dian)。適用于電(dian)力(li)系統、工礦企(qi)業、科研(yan)部門等對各(ge)種高(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)氣(qi)設備、電(dian)氣(qi)元件、絕緣材料進行工頻或直流高(gao)(gao)壓下(xia)的(de)(de)絕緣強度試(shi)驗(yan)。

二、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為本(ben)公(gong)司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中作半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi)(shi),可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短(duan)路桿時(shi)(shi),作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(liang)(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)(liang)(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間隙(xi)及保護(hu)(hu)(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓(ya)(ya)超過球間隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(shi)(一般(ban)取試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電,對被試品起到(dao)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)作用。球間隙(xi)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在這(zhe)個(ge)漏抗(kang)(kang)上必然(ran)(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降或(huo)容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上反映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確(que)相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必須(xu)防止突然加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零位時(shi)突然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下列不正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試品內(nei)有(you)不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在(zai)做被試(shi)(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品(pin)是否停電(dian)(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian)(dian),一切對外(wai)連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查高壓設備及(ji)引線(xian)(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)內容(rong)進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)的調壓器必須調到(dao)零位后方(fang)可(ke)接(jie)通電(dian)源,合(he)閘,開(kai)始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額(e)定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)(jia)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不(bu)使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許(xu)在高于45℃的(de)溫(wen)度下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得(de)重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高壓試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必(bi)須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較(jiao)低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大(da),

可由設備的(de)類型而定(ding)。
