二、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單(dan)框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設(she)備,詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工作原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中作半(ban)波(bo)整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)路桿將高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為交流輸出(chu)狀態;取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器做(zuo)被試品的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)使用接線原理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)5。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠(kao)接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細(xi)應(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)熱容量(水阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試品起到(dao)保(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被試品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被試品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試品(pin)和(he)試驗(yan)帶(dai)來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表(biao)計,調(diao)整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一(yi)般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下時,才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做被(bei)試品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)(dian)容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian)(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加(jia)到有(you)人(ren)工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)(cha)無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)(cha)高壓設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取(qu)各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗(yan)(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后(hou)應(ying)將被試品及試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以(yi)(yi)及操作(zuo)(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)(yi)及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan),測(ce)量繞組的F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣(yuan)支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操(cao)作(zuo)系統的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)和(he)速度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya),并密(mi)切注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示以及(ji)被試品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)過程中如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試品(pin)情況(kuang)(kuang)異(yi)常,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,查明情況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓(ya)通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳(tiao)動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升(sheng)

被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li)(li),應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書(shu)外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和(he)操作規程。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被(bei)試設備的(de)電(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大,

可由設(she)備的類型而定。
