YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組在外(wai),這種(zhong)同(tong)軸(zhou)布(bu)置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞組間(jian)的(de)耦(ou)合(he)。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見(jian)圖1:

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)額定容量來(lai)選擇(ze)。如高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確(que)(que)的(de),其(qi)原因是由(you)于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)(que)測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)燥(zao),以(yi)免損壞被試品(pin)和(he)試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至(zhi)零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下(xia)列(lie)不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內(nei)有不正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端(duan)短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被(bei)試品是否停電(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干(gan)凈。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內(nei)容進(jin)行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別(bie)讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明原因(yin),詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)(yi)及操作(zuo)(zuo)系統的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以(yi)(yi)及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統(tong)的調壓(ya)器必(bi)須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測量儀表的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情況(kuang)異常,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢(bi)后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止試驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后(hou)立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用(yong)、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅(shan)自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本說(shuo)明(ming)書(shu)外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和(he)操(cao)作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率
