二、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構,初級(ji)繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓繞組在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞組間(jian)的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式容器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓機工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器為單相變(bian)壓(ya)器,聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公(gong)司生產(chan)的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器配套(tao)專用設(she)備,詳細資料請見其具體(ti)使用說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應(ying)原理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的(de)高電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作為(wei)直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未畫出,其原理(li)與上(shang)圖(tu)相同。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細應具有足夠的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是所謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試品(pin)上所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操(cao)作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯系方法(fa)。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試(shi)驗,一般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例(li)如調壓器(qi)不在(zai)零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前后(hou)應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗(yan)應先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試(shi)品的電容量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切(qie)對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工作(zuo)的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接線后(hou),應復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓。應特(te)別注(zhu)意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大(da)電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下(xia)微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異常(chang)現象應立(li)即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),并(bing)查(cha)明原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線(xian)路。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)低(di)壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后方(fang)可接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現(xian)測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情況異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗必(bi)須外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直(zhi)線(xian)上升

被(bei)試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后立(li)即(ji)關(guan)閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)輸出高壓(ya)(ya)的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設(she)備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變(bian)化很(hen)大,

可由(you)設備(bei)的類型而(er)定。
