一、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV試驗變壓器概述

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)是(shi)根據(ju)《試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)》標準,在油(you)(you)浸式試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)基礎上而(er)設(she)計(ji)生產的(de)。SF6氣體具(ju)有(you)良好的(de)電(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性能(neng)及優(you)異的(de)滅弧性能(neng),其耐壓(ya)強度(du)為(wei)同(tong)一壓(ya)力下氮(dan)氣的(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)空氣的(de)2.5倍。在0.25MPa下與油(you)(you)的(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)相等(deng)(deng),在0.45MPa壓(ya)力下是(shi)油(you)(you)的(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)2倍,是(shi)一種優(you)于油(you)(you)的(de)新一代(dai)(dai)超高壓(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質(zhi)材料(liao)。該產品(pin)技術要求(qiu)完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它是(shi)油(you)(you)浸式輕型試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)換(huan)代(dai)(dai)產品(pin)。該產品(pin)具(ju)有(you)體積小、重量輕、不受氣候變化(hua)影(ying)響(xiang)、電(dian)暈(yun)小、現(xian)場搬運無需(xu)靜止可使(shi)用,使(shi)用壽命長、免維修(xiu)等(deng)(deng)特點。適用于電(dian)力系(xi)統、工礦企業(ye)、科研部門(men)等(deng)(deng)對(dui)各種高壓(ya)電(dian)氣設(she)備、電(dian)氣元件、絕緣(yuan)材料(liao)進行(xing)工頻或直流高壓(ya)下的(de)絕緣(yuan)強度(du)試驗(yan)。

二、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用設備,詳(xiang)細資(zi)料(liao)請(qing)見其具體使(shi)用說明(ming)書(shu))系(xi)列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應(ying)原(yuan)理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿(gan)(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸(shu)出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿(gan)(gan)時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態(tai)。

試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的(de)高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其原(yuan)理與(yu)上(shang)圖相同。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)使用接線原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)額定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓側(ce)額定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(水阻液(ye)配制(zhi)方(fang)法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加入(ru)適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常(chang)準確的(de)(de),其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測量(liang)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操(cao)作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專門(men)人(ren)監護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防(fang)止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也(ye)不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至(zhi)零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才(cai)能(neng)拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動(dong)很大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被試品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠的容量和沿面(mian)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian),一切對(dui)外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)(de)接線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)(de)外殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)(de)(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電容量設備應緩(huan)慢(man)升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)(de)充電電流(liu)燒壞微安(an)表(biao)。必要時(shi)應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微安(an)表(biao)的(de)(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接好工作線(xian)路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接地。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操(cao)作系統的(de)調壓器必須(xu)調到(dao)零位(wei)后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現(xian)測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用(yong)。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發現以下(xia)不正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),停止試驗并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很(hen)大

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立(li)即(ji)關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)(ben)說明(ming)書(shu)外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標準和(he)操作(zuo)規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
