二、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種(zhong)同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設(she)備,詳細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體使(shi)用說明書(shu))系(xi)列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁(ci)感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時,可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時,作為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai)。

注:高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來(lai)選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)壓超過球間隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用(yong)。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確(que)測量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系(xi)方法(fa)。并有(you)專門人監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以(yi)免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)(shi)驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓加到有(you)人工作(zuo)的(de)部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)(ying)復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)(ying)特別注意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規程中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)(an)表(biao)。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安(an)(an)表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)(de)試驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通(tong)過絕(jue)緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的指示(shi)以(yi)(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的指示(shi)及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),查(cha)明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou)(hou),應在數秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試驗并查明(ming)原因。

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用(yong)時,應放(fang)置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還(huan)必(bi)須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變(bian)設(she)備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防(fang)性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試(shi)設備(bei)的電容(rong)量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可由設備的類(lei)型(xing)而(er)定。
