二、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公(gong)司(si)生(sheng)產的試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用說(shuo)明(ming)書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓繞(rao)組(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓。

注:高壓尾必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電阻R1應(ying)根(gen)據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻作為限流電阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電阻:當電壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電,對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各種表(biao)計(ji),調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零位(wei)時突然合(he)閘(zha)(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能突然切斷電源(yuan),一般應(ying)在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或(huo)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接(jie)地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)加到(dao)有(you)人工(gong)作的(de)部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應(ying)復(fu)查無(wu)誤(wu)后才可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的充(chong)電電流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要(yao)時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各(ge)級(ji)電壓下(xia)微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)(ying)密切(qie)監視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)(ying)立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電(dian)(dian)源后應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置本身(shen)充分放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統(tong)的外殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測(ce)量繞組(zu)的F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的低壓繞組的X端,測(ce)量繞組的F端以及高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的外殼必須(xu)通過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接地。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將調(diao)壓器(qi)返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)額(e)定參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或(huo)數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表(biao)直線上升(sheng)

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后(hou)立即(ji)關(guan)閉閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不(bu)得重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行國(guo)家有關標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性(xing)試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的確定公(gong)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率

被試設備的電容(rong)量Ct可(ke)由交流(liu)電橋測(ce)出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可由(you)設(she)備的類型(xing)而定。
