二、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高壓繞組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結(jie)構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器為(wei)單相變壓(ya)器,聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資(zi)料請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器外附(fu))調節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)壓套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串(chuan)接(jie)在高(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半(ban)波整流(liu),以獲(huo)(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓。當(dang)用一短路桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時(shi),可獲(huo)(huo)得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器做(zuo)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗使用接線原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上(shang)時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙整定值時(一(yi)般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放(fang)電(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起(qi)到保護作用。球(qiu)間隙保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門(men)人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免(mian)損壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速(su)度不能太(tai)快,并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一般(ban)應(ying)在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現(xian)下(xia)列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗時(shi)接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足(zu)夠的容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否停電,接地放電,一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加(jia)壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表的穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進(jin)行的(de)試驗接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統的調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中或試驗(yan)過(guo)(guo)程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試品情況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得超(chao)過額(e)定(ding)參(can)數使用。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外(wai),決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)(或(huo)數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被試(shi)品內有(you)不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測(ce)量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變(bian)壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防(fang)性試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值(zhi)可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設(she)備(bei)的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的(de)類型(xing)而定。

簡單的棒式或懸式絕緣子(zi)&nbsp;            幾十微法

對于不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的試(shi)驗電壓Vn,選(xuan)擇不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(適當(dang)的)**系(xi)數k。

以下列出不同的Vn所選用的k值供參考(kao)。

Vn =50~100kV   &nbsp;    k = 4

Vn =150~300kV&nbsp;      k = 3
