二、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初(chu)級繞組繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所(suo)需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中裝有高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接(jie)(jie)在高壓(ya)(ya)回路中作半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短接(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路桿時(shi)(shi),作為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)套(tao)管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未畫出(chu),其原理(li)與上(shang)圖相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不(bu)同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保護電阻(zu):當電壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整(zheng)定值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗(yan)電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電,對(dui)被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保護電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de)(de),其原因(yin)(yin)是(shi)由于試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測量(liang)被試品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作(zuo)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確(que)相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門(men)人(ren)監護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試品和(he)試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然合閘。也不(bu)能突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應(ying)在調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓升至試驗(yan)電壓時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗(yan)電壓以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)正(zheng)常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源。停止試驗并(bing)查(cha)明原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試驗變壓器在做被試品(pin)的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接(jie)線原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量(liang)和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查(cha)被試品是否(fou)停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電壓加(jia)到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特(te)別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備(bei)及引(yin)線(xian)與地(di)(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離(li),被(bei)試品的(de)(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)(di),要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進行的試驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試驗變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的外(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零位后方可(ke)接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表的指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品的情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發現(xian)測量(liang)儀(yi)表的指(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),查(cha)明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回(hui)至零位(wei),然后(hou)切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定(ding)參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再(zai)升壓或(huo)耐(nai)壓試驗過程中(zhong),如(ru)發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并(bing)查(cha)明(ming)原因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的(de)絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品(pin)不允(yun)許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得(de)擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸(shu)變(bian)設備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規程》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率(lv)
