二、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的耦(ou)合(he)。產(chan)品(pin)的外殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌式容(rong)器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料(liao)請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)級繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)做被(bei)試品的工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有(you)足夠的熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的,其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來(lai)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免(mian)損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般(ban)都應先進(jin)行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須(xu)防(fang)止突然(ran)(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能突然(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現下(xia)列不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很(hen)大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被(bei)試品是否(fou)停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人(ren)工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線后,應復查(cha)無(wu)誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞(huai)微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密(mi)切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安(an)表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應(ying)將被(bei)試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本身充分(fen)放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行(xing)的試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼以及操(cao)作系統的外(wai)殼必須可靠接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接(jie)本級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源前(qian),操作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器必(bi)須調(diao)到零(ling)位(wei)后(hou)方可接(jie)通(tong)電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注(zhu)意測量(liang)儀表的(de)指示以(yi)及被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表的(de)指示及被(bei)試品(pin)情(qing)(qing)況異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本產(chan)品不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下(xia)不正常情(qing)況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

被(bei)試品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國(guo)家有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
