二、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交流耐壓機工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套(tao)專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁感應原理(li),在試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試驗所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸出(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短路桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態。

試驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆未畫(hua)出,其原理與上圖相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)阻R1應(ying)(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同(tong)的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被試品和(he)試驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位(wei)(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位(wei)(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不(bu)正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的容量(liang)和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接地(di)放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人(ren)工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必(bi)要時(shi)應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后(hou)應(ying)將被(bei)試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充(chong)分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回(hui)至(zhi)零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑵電流表(biao)直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓力閥及(ji)壓力表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一(yi)次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)、壓(ya)力(li)表不得(de)擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-20KVA/50KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試(shi)設(she)備的電容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流(liu)電橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的變化(hua)很大(da),

可由設(she)備的(de)類型而定。
