二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵(tie)(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間(jian)的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料(liao)請見(jian)其具(ju)體使用說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器做被試(shi)品的工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)使用(yong)接線原理圖見圖5。

注:高(gao)壓(ya)尾必須可靠(kao)接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不(bu)同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de)(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時升壓(ya)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并必(bi)須防止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突然合閘。也不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一般(ban)應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi)(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現下列不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查(cha)明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的*大整流。如電(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾(lv)波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被試品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到(dao)有人工作(zuo)的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的接線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設備(bei)及引線與地(di)(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被(bei)試品的外殼是否可靠接地(di)(di),要按**規程中所規定的內(nei)容(rong)進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)(fen)級加壓,分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取(qu)各級電壓下微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應(ying)立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應(ying)將被(bei)試品及(ji)試驗裝置本(ben)身充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的低壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)以及高壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須調(diao)到(dao)零(ling)位后方(fang)可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注(zhu)意測量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)試品情況(kuang)異(yi)常(chang),應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內(nei)勻速的將調(diao)壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升(sheng)

被試(shi)品內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)(li)后(hou)立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試(shi)設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下長期(qi)存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固(gu)件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國(guo)家有關(guan)標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的(de)確(que)定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設備的(de)(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)(de)變化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由設備的類型而定。
