二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采(cai)用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組在外(wai)(wai),這種同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組間的耦合(he)。產品的外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器為單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ.&nbsp;用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其(qi)具(ju)體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)器外附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組可獲得試驗所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整(zheng)流,以獲得(de)直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui)短接時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態;取消短路(lu)桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直流輸出(chu)狀態。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如(ru)高壓側額定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側額定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱(re)容(rong)量(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水加(jia)入適量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被(bei)試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上必(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做好(hao)分工,明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突然(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一(yi)般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應(ying)測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原(yuan)理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很大時(shi),C1可(ke)省略不(bu)用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗(yan)(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無(wu)誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地(di)(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di)(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要(yao)時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別(bie)讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監(jian)視(shi)被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后(hou)應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接(jie)好工(gong)作(zuo)線(xian)路(lu)。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的外殼以及(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)系統的外殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第(di)三(san)級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)低(di)壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))均(jun)接本(ben)級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第(di)三(san)級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始均勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指示以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應(ying)立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou)(hou),應(ying)在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外,決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)以下不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin)。

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試品內有(you)不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥(fa)一次(ci),以(yi)(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊(jin)固(gu)件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得(de)擅自松(song)動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關(guan)標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性(xing)試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容量(liang)Pn的確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的(de)變(bian)化(hua)很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
