二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因(yin)而增大了繞組間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交直流高壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器為單相變壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使用說(shuo)明(ming)書)系列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的初(chu)級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀態(tai);取(qu)消(xiao)短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及(ji)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有(you)專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場(chang)**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞(huai)被試品(pin)(pin)和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突然切斷(duan)電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓器降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地(di)放(fang)電,一(yi)切對外(wai)連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的接線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被(bei)試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電容量設(she)備(bei)應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓下微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密(mi)切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將(jiang)被(bei)試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進(jin)行的(de)試驗接(jie)(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端,測量(liang)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完畢后(hou)(hou),應在數秒內勻速的(de)將調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)返回至零位,然后(hou)(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下(xia)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防(fang)性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些。
