二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸布(bu)置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)組間(jian)的(de)(de)耦合(he)。產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式容器結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生產的試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電流為1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電阻(zu)作為限流電阻(zu),管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必(bi)(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度(du)不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例(li)如調壓器不在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓器降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能(neng)拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現下(xia)列不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐(nai)壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接(jie)線原(yuan)理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線(xian)是否擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya)(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要(yao)時(shi)應分級加壓(ya)(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)微安表的(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應密切監視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試品(pin)及(ji)試驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按(an)照(zhao)您所進(jin)行(xing)的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統(tong)的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠接地。試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組的F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接(jie)通電源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓,并密切注意測量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試品(pin)的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓過(guo)程中或(huo)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中如(ru)發現測量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零(ling)位,然(ran)后(hou)切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額(e)定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

被試品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表,為長(chang)期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)設備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得(de)擅自(zi)松(song)動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)預防性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)(de)額(e)定輸出高壓的(de)(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率(lv)

被(bei)試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
