單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電(dian)壓。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓側額定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具有(you)足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各(ge)種不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間隙及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙放(fang)電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用。球間隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現(xian)象。感應耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并(bing)有專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗,一(yi)般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試驗電壓,校對各(ge)種表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太(tai)快,并(bing)必須防止突然(ran)加(jia)壓。例如調壓器不在零(ling)位時(shi)突然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突然(ran)切斷(duan)電(dian)源,一般應在調壓器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發(fa)(fa)現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大時(shi),C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian)(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后才可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外(wai)殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表(biao)。必要(yao)時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,并查明(ming)原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的低壓繞組(zu)的X端,測量繞組(zu)的F端以及高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零位后方可接通(tong)(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均(jun)勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示以及(ji)被試品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中或(huo)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立(li)即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表(biao),為長期(qi)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每(mei)6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下(xia)長(chang)期(qi)存放、使(shi)用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設(she)備的電容(rong)量Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
