二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采(cai)用單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)結構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布置減少了漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因而(er)增大(da)了繞組(zu)間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設(she)備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資料請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆,串接在高壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高電壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿(gan)將高壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器高壓套管(guan)中的高壓硅堆未畫出,其原理與(yu)上圖(tu)相同。

注:高壓(ya)尾(wei)必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電阻R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻作為限流(liu)電阻,管(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品起到(dao)保護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)確的,其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)(shang)必(bi)(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出來的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現(xian)象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏抗必(bi)(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準(zhun)確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做(zuo)好分工,明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升試驗(yan)。即不接試品(pin)時升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如(ru)發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直流耐壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗(yan)應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗中(zhong)(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有(you)足夠的容(rong)量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連(lian)線是否擦(ca)干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特(te)別注意檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線與地(di)、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠(kao)接地(di),要按**規程中所(suo)規定的(de)(de)內容進行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓,防止(zhi)被(bei)試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓,分別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)壓下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常(chang)現象應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置(zhi)本(ben)身(shen)充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您(nin)所進行(xing)的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼以(yi)及(ji)(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾(wei))以(yi)及(ji)(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的低壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組的F端(duan)(duan)以及(ji)高壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾)均接本(ben)級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系(xi)統的(de)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器必須調(diao)(diao)到零位(wei)后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注(zhu)意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被試品的(de)情況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)過程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示(shi)及被試品情況(kuang)(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過額定參數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因。

被試品內(nei)有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設備(bei)的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長(chang)期(qi)不(bu)使用時,應(ying)放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書(shu)外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源的(de)頻率
