一、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

二、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本(ben)公(gong)司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套專用設備,詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見其(qi)具體使用說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初(chu)級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半(ban)波整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲得(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時(shi),可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出狀態。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被試品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確測量(liang)被試品(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試品(pin)時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表(biao)計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也(ye)不能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以(yi)下時,才(cai)能拉開(kai)(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)(ze)在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流電(dian)流為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)(ze)。限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)品是否停電,接地(di)放電,一切(qie)對外連(lian)線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應密(mi)切(qie)監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常(chang)現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操作系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須可靠接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan),測量(liang)繞組的F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調壓器(qi)必須調到零(ling)位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)(ling)開(kai)(kai)始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)(ling)開(kai)(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和(he)速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額定試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)(qie)注(zhu)意(yi)測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或(huo)試驗過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試品情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使(shi)用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力閥(fa)及壓力表(biao),為長期關閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應(ying)(ying)不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應(ying)測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不(bu)得(de)重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟(shu)悉(xi)本說明書(shu)外(wai),還必須(xu)嚴格執行(xing)國家有(you)關標準和操作規(gui)(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試驗(yan)規(gui)(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率

被(bei)試設備的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大(da),

可由(you)設備的類型而定。
