第三章 WBXC多(duo)功能蓄電池充電測試儀充(chong)電機功(gong)能
多種(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式可供選(xuan)擇,適用(yong)于各種(zhong)不同(tong)用(yong)途的(de)鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(出廠時,根據用(yong)戶需充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類別:普通鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池還是免維(wei)護鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,設置(zhi)不同(tong)的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)程序)

脫硫充電功能(neng)(此功能(neng)僅適用于普通鉛酸電池);
——當(dang)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池老(lao)化、長期放(fang)置或(huo)使用維(wei)護不當(dang)時(shi)(如經常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)不足、過充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)長期放(fang)置),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)極板(ban)上應(ying)會形成(cheng)一種(zhong)(zhong)大而硬的(de)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鉛結晶,這種(zhong)(zhong)“硫(liu)(liu)化”了的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,不適合用常規(gui)的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)法(fa),必須用特殊的(de)脫硫(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)法(fa)進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

第(di)四(si)章 WBXC多(duo)功能蓄電池(chi)充電測試(shi)儀充電機安裝要求
充電機使用場所布置要求(qiu)
本機應放(fang)置在(zai)通風干燥的地方,避開高溫、灰塵(chen)及腐蝕(shi)性氣體。
確認本(ben)機的(de)額定(ding)輸入電壓(ya)與(yu)所用的(de)電網電壓(ya)是否一致。
為(wei)確(que)保本(ben)機正常(chang)工作,要保持充電場所空氣通(tong)暢。本(ben)機周圍至少保持30cm的空間,并要經常檢查充電場所通風口有無堵塞。
充電(dian)機和蓄電(dian)池的放置位置,如下圖所(suo)示:
圖(tu)中:
a——電動車(che)輛A、B周圍必(bi)備空間*少0.6米;
b——被(bei)充蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)和充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)間的*小距(ju)離1米;
c——充電機到(dao)易燃品的距離(li)不(bu)得小于2.5米;
d——充電機(ji)到(dao)易爆品的(de)距離不得(de)小于5米;
e——充電房的室內高度(du)(取(qu)決于車(che)輛)不得低于2米。
充(chong)電機輸入(ru)、輸出線的連接
(1) 連接前首先確認充電機額定輸入(ru)電壓(ya)(ya)與輸入(ru)的電網電壓(ya)(ya)是否一致(zhi)。
(2) 對于(yu)輸入電源為(wei)三相的WBXC系列(lie)充電(dian)機,進線端 (熔斷器下樁(zhuang)頭)接電(dian)網三相(xiang)輸電(dian)線(火線),安裝板上的接地端通過黃綠雙色線接電(dian)網地線。
對于輸入電(dian)源為二(er)相的WBXC系(xi)列充電(dian)機(ji)(立式),進線(xian)端(熔斷器下樁頭)接(jie)電(dian)網(wang)二(er)相輸電(dian)線(xian)(火線(xian)),安裝板上(shang)的接(jie)地端通過黃綠雙色線(xian)接(jie)電(dian)網(wang)地線(xian)。詳見(jian)下圖所示:
對于(yu)輸(shu)入(ru)電源為單相(xiang)的WBXC系列充電機(臺式),輸(shu)入(ru)、輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)線出(chu)(chu)廠(chang)時已連接(jie),無(wu)需客戶手(shou)動(dong)連接(jie)。
(3) 充電(dian)機(ji)通過電(dian)源電(dian)纜與(yu)電(dian)網連接。為確(que)保**,充電(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)入電(dian)源前端(duan)要求安(an)裝動力型(xing)斷(duan)(duan)路器(qi)(qi),斷(duan)(duan)路器(qi)(qi)的容量大約為額定輸(shu)入電(dian)流的2倍。
第五章 WBXC多(duo)功能蓄(xu)電池充電測試(shi)儀使用說明
作面板說明
電(dian)(dian)源開關:用于接通或斷開電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)源;
信息窗(LED屏幕)——顯示(shi)各種充電參數、故障(zhang)代碼信息等;
信息鍵——
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)過程中,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時間(jian)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)容(rong)量自動依次顯示。單擊“信息”鍵,可直接切換顯示內容(rong);
按“信息”鍵4s,設置均衡充(chong)電(dian)功能;
按“信息”鍵10s,設置初充電功能;
按“信息(xi)”鍵15s,設置脫硫充電功能;
按“信息(xi)”鍵6s,取消均(jun)衡充電(dian)、初(chu)充電(dian)、脫硫充電(dian)功能;
按(an)“信息(xi)”鍵2s,進入查詢界面。

充電運(yun)行及狀態(tai)指示(shi)燈:
“ON”指示(shi)燈:燈亮,表示(shi)充電機正在充電;
“80%”指示燈:燈亮(liang),表(biao)示充(chong)電機充(chong)入容(rong)量超過80%;
“100%”指示燈:燈亮(liang),表示充電機(ji)充電完成;電池已充足;
“均充(chong)”指示燈:燈亮,表示本次充(chong)電將進行均充(chong)電;
燈(deng)閃爍,表示正在均充電(dian)進行中;
“初充(chong)電”指(zhi)示燈:其與工作(zuo)指(zhi)示燈一起亮,表示充(chong)電機正在(zai)初充(chong)電進行中;
“脫硫”指示(shi)燈:燈亮,表(biao)示(shi)充電機在進行(xing)脫硫充電。
充(chong)電模式
對于普通(tong)鉛酸蓄電(dian)池,本(ben)機(ji)具有常(chang)規充(chong)電(dian)、均衡充(chong)電(dian)、脫硫充(chong)電(dian)、初充(chong)電(dian)多(duo)種模(mo)式可選。
對于免維護(hu)(hu)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi),本機按事先設定的(de)免維護(hu)(hu)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)程序(xu),按以(yi)下2.1條(tiao)的步驟完成充電。
常規充(chong)電(dian)
連接充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機和蓄(xu)電(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)插頭;
接通電(dian)源并合(he)上電(dian)源開(kai)關;
充電機進(jin)行(xing)約10秒的延時檢測后(hou),充(chong)電機(ji)自動啟動;同時,工作指示燈亮,信息窗顯示充(chong)電參(can)數。
整個充電過程:“ON”工作指(zhi)示燈亮“80%”容量指示(shi)燈亮“100%”容量指示燈亮,充電機(ji)充足關機(ji)。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)信息窗(chuang)內依(yi)次(ci)顯(xian)示(shi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間(jian)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)容量。
注(zhu):上圖中(zhong)所標注(zhu)的(de)時間為各階段*長時間。在實際充電(dian)過程(cheng)中(zhong),各階段的(de)轉換,由電(dian)流、電(dian)壓、時間、容量均(jun)衡等因(yin)素組合判斷。
均衡充電(dian)
本機均(jun)衡充(chong)電(dian)(dian)分自動均(jun)衡與手動均(jun)衡充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。均(jun)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時,均(jun)充(chong)燈亮。
手動均衡充電(此功能僅適用于(yu)普(pu)通鉛(qian)酸電池)
充(chong)電(dian)機(ji)先進(jin)行(xing)正常充(chong)電(dian),充(chong)足關機(ji)一(yi)小(xiao)時后,自動進(jin)行(xing)均充(chong)電(dian)。
均充電以小恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)方式進行,均充電流(liu)(liu)為額定電流(liu)(liu)的25%,均(jun)充電時間為3小時。均(jun)充結束后(hou)自動關(guan)機。
自動均衡充電
充(chong)電機在每次充(chong)電結束后,會以涓流(liu)的方式對蓄電池自動(dong)進行均
衡充電。具體方(fang)式如(ru)下:
當充足關機時(shi)間小于13小時,充電機以(yi)充5分鐘,停30分鐘的(de)方
式對(dui)蓄電池補充(chong)均衡充(chong)電。
當累計(ji)充(chong)電時(shi)(shi)間(充(chong)足時(shi)(shi)間+補充均衡充電時間)達13小時后或以充電13小(xiao)時判斷充(chong)足關機的(de)情況下,在13~60小時間,充(chong)電機以充(chong)5分鐘,停2小時的方式對蓄電池補充(chong)(chong)均衡(heng)充(chong)(chong)電;大于60小(xiao)時,充電機以充5分鐘,停8小時的方(fang)式對蓄電(dian)池保持充電(dian)。
脫(tuo)硫充電(此功能(neng)僅適(shi)用(yong)于普(pu)通鉛酸電池)
接通(tong)電源;
連接蓄電池;
充(chong)電機(ji)進行約(yue)10秒的延時檢(jian)測,充電(dian)(dian)機自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong);同時,工作指示燈(deng)亮,信(xin)息窗顯(xian)示充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流;
整個脫硫(liu)充電過(guo)程按以下順序進行:常規充電脫(tuo)硫充電脫(tuo)硫充電結束停(ting)機;
充(chong)電機(ji)先(xian)用50%額(e)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)進行恒流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),當蓄電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓上升到額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓后采用W充(chong)電(dian)(dian)曲線進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian),當蓄電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓上升至額定電(dian)(dian)壓的1.2~1.25倍時,自動轉入恒壓充(chong)電,當電流(liu)下(xia)降至額定電流(liu)的30%時,以額定電流的30%的恒(heng)定(ding)電流進(jin)行(xing)脫硫充電,整個(ge)充電時間為72小時;
脫硫充電結束后(hou),自動停機,脫硫指示(shi)燈滅,充足燈亮。
初(chu)充電(此功能(neng)僅適用于(yu)普通鉛酸電池)
接通(tong)電源;
連接(jie)蓄(xu)電池;
充電機進行約10秒的延時檢測,充電(dian)機自動(dong)啟動(dong);同(tong)時,工作指示燈(deng)亮,信息(xi)窗顯(xian)示充電(dian)電(dian)流;
初充(chong)電過(guo)程:先用(yong)50%額定電(dian)流進行恒流充電(dian),當蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)額定電(dian)壓后采用W充電(dian)曲(qu)線進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian),當(dang)蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓上升(sheng)至額定電(dian)壓的1.2~1.25倍時,自動轉入小恒流(liu)充電,電流(liu)為50%額定(ding)流(liu)值,初充電總(zong)充電時間為72小時(shi),時(shi)間到后自動停止(zhi)充電,完成(cheng)初充電。
充(chong)電時,初充(chong)電指(zhi)示燈(deng)和工作指(zhi)示同時亮;
初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)結束后,自動(dong)停機,初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)指(zhi)示燈滅(mie),充(chong)足燈亮。
充電信息查詢(xun)
充電(dian)機通電(dian)后,長按“信息(xi)”鍵(jian)2s,面板上“I.F”指(zhi)示燈亮,進入系統查詢界面。
本機(ji)可記錄*近(jin)30條充(chong)電信息。以No.1-No.30表(biao)示。每條記錄(lu)中含(han):充(chong)足關(guan)機類型、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、時間、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、容(rong)量。
長按“信(xin)息(xi)”鍵2s或自動循環3次后,退(tui)出查詢狀態(tai)。
第六章 故(gu)障(zhang)現象、原因、處(chu)理方法
