用途(tu)

正常工作條件
(1)
海拔(ba)高度不超過2000米;
(2)
周圍介(jie)質溫度(du)不高于+40℃及(ji)不低于-10℃;
(3)
空氣相對濕度不大于85%(當介質溫(wen)度在(zai)20℃±5℃時)

(4)
無(wu)導電塵埃的地(di)方;無(wu)爆炸危(wei)險(xian)的環境;
(5)
不含有能腐蝕金屬及絕緣的(de)氣體及蒸(zheng)汽的(de)環境;

第三(san)章 WBXC系列蓄電池(chi)充(chong)電機充電機(ji)功能
多種充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式可供選擇,適用于各種不同(tong)用途的鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(出(chu)廠(chang)時,根據用戶需充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類(lei)別:普通鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池還是免維護鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,設置不同(tong)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)程(cheng)序(xu))

——IWUIa+ Pulse多階段充電模(mo)式,適用于(yu)普通鉛酸(suan)蓄電池的充電;

脫硫充電功(gong)能(neng)(此功(gong)能(neng)僅(jin)適用于普(pu)通鉛酸電池);
——當蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)老(lao)化、長(chang)期放置(zhi)或(huo)使用(yong)(yong)維護不(bu)(bu)當時(如經(jing)常充(chong)電(dian)(dian)不(bu)(bu)足、過(guo)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)或(huo)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)后長(chang)期放置(zhi)),在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)極板上應(ying)會形成一種(zhong)大(da)而硬的(de)硫酸鉛結晶,這種(zhong)“硫化”了的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),不(bu)(bu)適合用(yong)(yong)常規的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)方法,必須用(yong)(yong)特殊的(de)脫硫充(chong)電(dian)(dian)方法進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。

第四(si)章 WBXC系列蓄(xu)電池(chi)充(chong)電機充電機安裝(zhuang)要求(qiu)
充電機使用場所布置要求(qiu)
本機(ji)應放置(zhi)在通風干燥的地方(fang),避開高溫、灰塵及腐蝕(shi)性(xing)氣體(ti)。
確(que)認本(ben)機的額(e)定輸(shu)入電壓(ya)(ya)與所(suo)用(yong)的電網(wang)電壓(ya)(ya)是否(fou)一致。
為確保本機正(zheng)常(chang)工作,要保持充(chong)電(dian)場所(suo)空(kong)氣通暢(chang)。本機周圍(wei)至少保持30cm的空間,并要經常檢(jian)查(cha)充電場所通風口有無堵塞。
充電機(ji)和蓄電池的放置(zhi)位置(zhi),如下圖所示:
圖中:
a——電動車輛A、B周圍必備空(kong)間(jian)*少0.6米;
b——被充(chong)蓄電池和充(chong)電機間的(de)*小距離1米(mi);
c——充電機到易燃品(pin)的距離不得(de)小于2.5米;
d——充電機到易(yi)爆品的距離不(bu)得小于5米;
e——充(chong)電(dian)房(fang)的室(shi)內高(gao)度(取決于(yu)車(che)輛)不(bu)得低于(yu)2米。
充(chong)電機輸(shu)入、輸(shu)出線的連接(jie)
(1) 連(lian)接前首(shou)先確認充電機額定輸入電壓與輸入的電網電壓是(shi)否(fou)一致。
(2) 對于輸入電源為三(san)相(xiang)的WBXC系(xi)列充電(dian)機,進線(xian)端 (熔(rong)斷器下樁頭)接電(dian)網(wang)三(san)相輸電(dian)線(xian)(火線(xian)),安裝板(ban)上(shang)的接地端通過(guo)黃綠(lv)雙(shuang)色線(xian)接電(dian)網(wang)地線(xian)。
對(dui)于輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為二相的(de)WBXC系列(lie)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(立(li)式),進線(xian)端(duan)(熔斷器下樁(zhuang)頭(tou))接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網二相輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(火線(xian)),安裝板上(shang)的(de)接(jie)地端(duan)通過黃綠雙色線(xian)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網地線(xian)。詳見下圖所示:
對(dui)于(yu)輸(shu)入電源為單相的WBXC系(xi)列充(chong)電機(臺式),輸入、輸出線出廠時已連接(jie),無需客戶手動連接(jie)。
(3) 充(chong)電(dian)機通過電(dian)源電(dian)纜與電(dian)網連接(jie)。為(wei)確保**,充(chong)電(dian)機輸(shu)入電(dian)源前端要求安裝動力型斷路(lu)器,斷路(lu)器的容量大(da)約為(wei)額定輸(shu)入電(dian)流的2倍。
第五章 WBXC系(xi)列(lie)蓄電池充電機(ji)使用說明
作(zuo)面板說明
電源開關:用于接(jie)通或斷開電網(wang)電源;
信息窗(LED屏(ping)幕)——顯示各種充電參數(shu)、故障(zhang)代碼信息(xi)等;
信息鍵——
充電(dian)(dian)機在充電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中(zhong),充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓、充電(dian)(dian)時間、充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流、充電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量自(zi)動(dong)依次顯示(shi)。單擊“信息”鍵,可直接切(qie)換(huan)顯示(shi)內容(rong);
按“信息(xi)”鍵4s,設置均(jun)衡充電功能;
按“信息”鍵10s,設(she)置初(chu)充電功能;
按“信息”鍵15s,設置(zhi)脫硫充電(dian)功(gong)能;
按“信息”鍵(jian)6s,取(qu)消均(jun)衡充電、初(chu)充電、脫硫充電功能;
按“信息”鍵(jian)2s,進入查(cha)詢界面。

充電(dian)運行及狀態(tai)指示燈:
“ON”指示燈:燈亮,表示充電(dian)機正(zheng)在充電(dian);
“80%”指示燈(deng):燈(deng)亮,表(biao)示充電(dian)機充入(ru)容量超過80%;
“100%”指(zhi)示燈:燈亮,表示充電機充電完成;電池(chi)已充足;
“均充”指示(shi)燈(deng):燈(deng)亮,表示(shi)本次充電將進(jin)行(xing)均充電;
燈(deng)閃爍,表示正在均充電(dian)進行中;
“初(chu)充(chong)電”指示燈(deng):其與工作指示燈(deng)一起亮,表示充(chong)電機正在(zai)初(chu)充(chong)電進行中;
“脫硫”指示(shi)(shi)燈:燈亮,表示(shi)(shi)充電機在(zai)進行(xing)脫硫充電。
充電模式
對于普通(tong)鉛酸蓄電池,本機具有(you)常規充電、均衡充電、脫硫充電、初充電多種模式可選。
對于免維(wei)護(hu)蓄電池,本機按事(shi)先設(she)定的免維(wei)護(hu)蓄電池充電程序,按以下2.1條的步驟完成充電。
常規充電
連接充電(dian)機和蓄電(dian)池充電(dian)插頭;
接通電(dian)(dian)源并合上電(dian)(dian)源開關;
充電機進行約10秒(miao)的延時檢測后,充電(dian)機自動(dong)啟動(dong);同時,工作指(zhi)示燈亮(liang),信息(xi)窗顯示充電(dian)參數。
整個充電(dian)過程:“ON”工作指示燈亮“80%”容(rong)量(liang)指(zhi)示燈亮“100%”容量指示燈(deng)亮(liang),充電(dian)機充足關機。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中信息窗內依次顯示充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量。
注:上圖(tu)中所標注的時(shi)(shi)間(jian)為各(ge)階段(duan)*長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。在(zai)實際(ji)充電過程中,各(ge)階段(duan)的轉換,由電流、電壓、時(shi)(shi)間(jian)、容量(liang)均衡等因素組合判斷。
均(jun)衡充(chong)電
本(ben)機均衡充(chong)電分自動(dong)均衡與(yu)手動(dong)均衡充(chong)電。均充(chong)電時,均充(chong)燈亮(liang)。
手動均衡充電(此功能(neng)僅適用(yong)于普通(tong)鉛酸(suan)電池)
充(chong)電機先進行正(zheng)常充(chong)電,充(chong)足關(guan)機一小時后,自動進行均(jun)充(chong)電。
均充(chong)電以小恒(heng)流(liu)方(fang)式進行,均充(chong)電流(liu)為額定電流(liu)的25%,均充電時間為3小時。均充結束后自動關機(ji)。
自動均衡充電
充(chong)電機在每(mei)次充(chong)電結束后,會以涓流的(de)方式對蓄(xu)電池自動(dong)進行(xing)均(jun)
衡充電。具體方式如下:
當充足關機時間小(xiao)于13小時(shi),充(chong)電(dian)機以充(chong)5分(fen)鐘,停30分鐘的方
式對蓄電池補充(chong)均衡充(chong)電。
當累計充(chong)電時間(充(chong)足(zu)時間+補(bu)充均衡充電時間)達13小時后或以充電13小時判斷充足(zu)關機的情(qing)況下(xia),在13~60小時間,充(chong)電機以(yi)充(chong)5分(fen)鐘,停(ting)2小時的方式對蓄電(dian)池補充均(jun)衡充電(dian);大于60小時,充電機以充5分鐘,停8小時的(de)方(fang)式對蓄電(dian)池保持(chi)充(chong)電(dian)。
脫硫充電(dian)(此功(gong)能僅(jin)適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)普(pu)通鉛酸電(dian)池)
接通(tong)電源;
連接蓄電(dian)池;
充電機進行約10秒的(de)延時(shi)檢測,充(chong)電機自(zi)動(dong)啟(qi)動(dong);同(tong)時(shi),工作指(zhi)示(shi)燈亮,信息窗(chuang)顯(xian)示(shi)充(chong)電電流;
整(zheng)個(ge)脫硫充(chong)電(dian)過程按以下順序(xu)進行:常規充(chong)電(dian)脫硫充(chong)電脫硫充電(dian)結束停(ting)機;
充(chong)電機先用(yong)50%額定電(dian)流(liu)進行恒流(liu)充電(dian),當蓄電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓上升到額定電(dian)壓后采(cai)用W充電(dian)曲線進行充電(dian),當蓄(xu)電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)上(shang)升至額定電(dian)壓(ya)的1.2~1.25倍時,自動(dong)轉(zhuan)入(ru)恒(heng)壓充電,當(dang)電流下降至額定電流的(de)30%時,以額定電流的(de)30%的恒定電流進行脫硫充電,整(zheng)個充電時間(jian)為(wei)72小時;
脫(tuo)硫充電結束(shu)后,自動停機,脫(tuo)硫指示燈滅,充足燈亮。
初充電(此功能僅適用于普通鉛酸電池(chi))
接通(tong)電源;
連(lian)接(jie)蓄電池;
充電機(ji)進行約(yue)10秒的延時(shi)檢測,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機自動啟動;同時(shi),工作指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)亮(liang),信(xin)息窗顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu);
初充電過程(cheng):先用50%額(e)定(ding)(ding)電流(liu)進行恒(heng)流(liu)充電,當蓄電池電壓上升(sheng)到額(e)定(ding)(ding)電壓后采用W充電(dian)曲線進行充電(dian),當蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓上(shang)升至額定電(dian)壓的1.2~1.25倍時,自(zi)動(dong)轉(zhuan)入小恒流充電(dian),電(dian)流為50%額定流值,初充電(dian)總充電(dian)時間為72小時,時間到后自(zi)動停止充電(dian),完(wan)成(cheng)初(chu)充電(dian)。
充電時(shi),初充電指(zhi)示燈(deng)和工作指(zhi)示同(tong)時(shi)亮;
初充(chong)(chong)電結束后(hou),自動停機,初充(chong)(chong)電指示燈滅,充(chong)(chong)足(zu)燈亮(liang)。
充電(dian)信息(xi)查詢
充(chong)電機通(tong)電后,長按“信息(xi)”鍵2s,面板上“I.F”指示燈(deng)亮(liang),進入系(xi)統查詢(xun)界(jie)面。
本機可記錄*近30條(tiao)充電信息。以No.1-No.30表示。每條記錄中含:充(chong)足關機類型、充(chong)電電壓、時間、電流(liu)、容量。
長(chang)按(an)“信息”鍵2s或自動循環3次后,退出(chu)查詢狀態。
