空氣相對濕度(du)不大于85%(當介(jie)質溫度在20℃±5℃時)

第三章 WBXC蓄電池恒流充電容量測(ce)試儀充電機功能
多(duo)種充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)可供(gong)選擇,適用(yong)于各種不(bu)(bu)同(tong)用(yong)途的鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(出廠時,根據(ju)用(yong)戶(hu)需(xu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)類(lei)別(bie):普通鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)還是(shi)免維護鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),設置不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)程(cheng)序(xu))

脫(tuo)硫充電功能(此功能僅適用于普(pu)通鉛酸電池);
——當(dang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池老化、長(chang)期(qi)放置或使用(yong)(yong)維護不當(dang)時(如經常充電(dian)(dian)不足(zu)、過充電(dian)(dian)或充電(dian)(dian)后長(chang)期(qi)放置),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池的極板(ban)上應會形成一種大而硬的硫酸鉛(qian)結晶,這(zhe)種“硫化”了的電(dian)(dian)池,不適合(he)用(yong)(yong)常規(gui)的充電(dian)(dian)方法,必須(xu)用(yong)(yong)特殊(shu)的脫硫充電(dian)(dian)方法進行充電(dian)(dian)。

第四章(zhang) WBXC蓄電池恒流充電容(rong)量測試(shi)儀(yi)充電(dian)機(ji)安(an)裝要(yao)求
充電機(ji)使(shi)用場所布置(zhi)要求(qiu)
本機應放置在(zai)通風干燥的地方,避開高溫、灰(hui)塵及(ji)腐蝕性氣體。
確認本機(ji)的(de)額定輸入電壓與所用的(de)電網電壓是否一致。
為確保(bao)(bao)本機正常工作,要(yao)保(bao)(bao)持充電場所空氣通(tong)暢。本機周圍(wei)至少保(bao)(bao)持30cm的空間,并要經常檢查充電場(chang)所通(tong)風口有無(wu)堵塞。
充電(dian)機和(he)蓄電(dian)池的放置位置,如(ru)下圖(tu)所示:
圖(tu)中:
a——電動車輛A、B周圍必備空間*少0.6米;
b——被(bei)充(chong)(chong)蓄電(dian)池(chi)和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機(ji)間的*小距離1米;
c——充電機到易燃品(pin)的距離不得(de)小于2.5米;
d——充電(dian)機到易(yi)爆品的距離不得小(xiao)于5米(mi);
e——充(chong)電房的室(shi)內高度(取決于(yu)車輛)不(bu)得低于(yu)2米。
充電(dian)機(ji)輸入(ru)、輸出線的連接(jie)
(1) 連(lian)接前(qian)首先(xian)確(que)認充電機額(e)定(ding)輸入電壓與輸入的電網電壓是否一致(zhi)。
(2) 對于輸入電(dian)源為三相的(de)WBXC系列(lie)充電機,進線(xian)(xian)端(duan) (熔斷器下樁頭(tou))接電網三(san)相輸電線(xian)(xian)(火線(xian)(xian)),安裝板上的接地端(duan)通過黃綠雙(shuang)色(se)線(xian)(xian)接電網地線(xian)(xian)。
對于輸入電源為(wei)二(er)相的WBXC系列充電機(ji)(立式),進線(xian)端(熔斷器下(xia)樁頭(tou))接電網二(er)相輸電線(xian)(火線(xian)),安(an)裝板(ban)上的接地端通過黃綠雙(shuang)色線(xian)接電網地線(xian)。詳見(jian)下(xia)圖(tu)所示(shi):
對于(yu)輸入電源(yuan)為單(dan)相的(de)WBXC系(xi)列(lie)充電機(ji)(臺(tai)式(shi)),輸入、輸出(chu)線出(chu)廠時已連接(jie),無需客戶手動(dong)連接(jie)。
(3) 充(chong)電(dian)機通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)源電(dian)纜與電(dian)網連接。為(wei)確保(bao)**,充(chong)電(dian)機輸入電(dian)源前(qian)端要求(qiu)安裝動力(li)型斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器,斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器的(de)容量(liang)大約為(wei)額定輸入電(dian)流(liu)的(de)2倍(bei)。
第五章 WBXC蓄電池恒(heng)流充(chong)電容量測(ce)試儀使用說(shuo)明(ming)
作面板說明
電源開關:用于(yu)接通或斷開電網電源;
信息窗(LED屏(ping)幕)——顯示(shi)各(ge)種充電參(can)數、故障代(dai)碼信(xin)息等;
信息鍵——
充電機在充電過程中,充電電壓、充電時間、充電電流(liu)、充電容(rong)量(liang)自動依次顯示。單擊“信息”鍵,可直(zhi)接切換顯示內容(rong);
按“信息”鍵4s,設(she)置(zhi)均衡充電功能(neng);
按“信(xin)息”鍵10s,設置初充電功能(neng);
按“信息(xi)”鍵15s,設置脫硫充電功能;
按“信息”鍵(jian)6s,取消均衡(heng)充(chong)電(dian)、初充(chong)電(dian)、脫(tuo)硫(liu)充(chong)電(dian)功能;
按“信息”鍵2s,進入(ru)查(cha)詢界(jie)面。

充電運(yun)行(xing)及狀(zhuang)態(tai)指示(shi)燈:
“ON”指(zhi)示(shi)燈:燈亮(liang),表(biao)示(shi)充(chong)電機正在充(chong)電;
“80%”指示燈(deng):燈(deng)亮(liang),表示充電(dian)機(ji)充入容量超過(guo)80%;
“100%”指示(shi)燈:燈亮,表示(shi)充(chong)(chong)電機(ji)充(chong)(chong)電完成;電池(chi)已(yi)充(chong)(chong)足;
“均充(chong)(chong)”指(zhi)示燈:燈亮(liang),表示本次充(chong)(chong)電(dian)將(jiang)進行(xing)均充(chong)(chong)電(dian);
燈閃爍(shuo),表示正在(zai)均充電進(jin)行中;
“初充(chong)電(dian)”指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng):其與工(gong)作指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)一起亮,表示(shi)(shi)充(chong)電(dian)機正在(zai)初充(chong)電(dian)進行中(zhong);
“脫硫(liu)”指示燈(deng):燈(deng)亮,表示充電(dian)機在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)脫硫(liu)充電(dian)。
充電模式
對(dui)于(yu)普通(tong)鉛酸蓄電(dian)池(chi),本機具有常規充(chong)電(dian)、均衡充(chong)電(dian)、脫硫充(chong)電(dian)、初充(chong)電(dian)多種模(mo)式(shi)可選。
對于免(mian)維護蓄(xu)電池,本(ben)機按(an)事先設定(ding)的(de)免(mian)維護蓄(xu)電池充(chong)電程序,按(an)以(yi)下2.1條(tiao)的(de)步(bu)驟(zou)完成充(chong)電。
常規充電
連接充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)和蓄電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)插頭(tou);
接(jie)通電源并(bing)合上電源開關(guan);
充(chong)電機(ji)進行(xing)約10秒的延時檢(jian)測后,充(chong)電(dian)機自動(dong)啟(qi)動(dong);同(tong)時,工作(zuo)指示(shi)燈亮,信(xin)息(xi)窗(chuang)顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)參數。
整(zheng)個充電過程:“ON”工作指示燈亮“80%”容量指示燈亮“100%”容量指示燈(deng)亮,充電機充足關機。
充(chong)電(dian)過程中信息窗(chuang)內(nei)依次顯示充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓、充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間、充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流、充(chong)電(dian)容(rong)量。
注(zhu):上圖中(zhong)(zhong)所標注(zhu)的時(shi)(shi)間為各階段*長時(shi)(shi)間。在實際充電(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)(zhong),各階段的轉換,由(you)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)(dian)壓、時(shi)(shi)間、容量均衡等因素(su)組(zu)合判斷。
均衡充電
本機均(jun)衡(heng)充電(dian)(dian)分自動均(jun)衡(heng)與手動均(jun)衡(heng)充電(dian)(dian)。均(jun)充電(dian)(dian)時,均(jun)充燈(deng)亮。
手動均衡充電(此功(gong)能僅(jin)適(shi)用于普通鉛(qian)酸電池)
充電(dian)機先進行正常(chang)充電(dian),充足關機一小時后,自(zi)動進行均充電(dian)。
均充(chong)電以小(xiao)恒(heng)流(liu)方式(shi)進行,均充(chong)電流(liu)為(wei)額定電流(liu)的25%,均充電時間為3小(xiao)時。均充結束后自動(dong)關機(ji)。
自動均衡充(chong)電
充(chong)電機在每次(ci)充(chong)電結束后(hou),會以涓流的方式對蓄電池自動進(jin)行均
衡(heng)充(chong)電。具體方式(shi)如下(xia):
當充足關機(ji)時間小于13小時,充電機(ji)以充5分鐘,停30分鐘(zhong)的方
式(shi)對蓄電(dian)池補充均衡充電(dian)。
當(dang)累計充(chong)電時間(jian)(充(chong)足時間(jian)+補充均衡(heng)充電時間)達13小時后(hou)或以充電13小時(shi)判斷(duan)充足關機(ji)的情(qing)況下,在(zai)13~60小(xiao)時(shi)間,充電機以充5分鐘,停2小時的方式對(dui)蓄電池補充(chong)均衡充(chong)電;大于60小時,充電(dian)機以充5分(fen)鐘,停8小時的方式(shi)對(dui)蓄(xu)電(dian)池保持充電(dian)。
脫硫充電(dian)(此(ci)功能(neng)僅適用于普通鉛(qian)酸電(dian)池)
接通電源;
連接蓄電池(chi);
充(chong)電機進行約(yue)10秒的延時(shi)(shi)檢測,充電(dian)機自動啟動;同時(shi)(shi),工(gong)作指(zhi)示燈亮(liang),信息窗顯示充電(dian)電(dian)流;
整(zheng)個脫硫充電過程按以下順序進行:常(chang)規充電脫硫充電脫硫充電結束(shu)停機(ji);
充電機(ji)先用50%額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流進行恒(heng)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),當蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升到額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓后采用W充電(dian)(dian)曲線進行充電(dian)(dian),當蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓上(shang)升至額定電(dian)(dian)壓的1.2~1.25倍時(shi),自(zi)動(dong)轉(zhuan)入恒壓充電(dian),當電(dian)流下(xia)降至(zhi)額(e)定電(dian)流的30%時(shi),以額定電流(liu)的30%的(de)恒定電流進行脫硫充電,整個充電時間(jian)為72小時;
脫硫(liu)(liu)充(chong)電結束(shu)后(hou),自動停機,脫硫(liu)(liu)指示燈(deng)滅,充(chong)足燈(deng)亮(liang)。
初充電(此功(gong)能僅適用于(yu)普通鉛酸電池)
接(jie)通(tong)電源;
連接蓄(xu)電池(chi);
充電機(ji)進行(xing)約10秒的延時(shi)(shi)檢測(ce),充電機自動啟動;同時(shi)(shi),工作指示(shi)燈亮,信息窗顯示(shi)充電電流;
初充電(dian)過程(cheng):先(xian)用50%額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進行恒(heng)流充電(dian)(dian)(dian),當(dang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升到額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓后(hou)采(cai)用(yong)W充電(dian)曲(qu)線(xian)進行充電(dian),當(dang)蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓上(shang)升至額定電(dian)壓的1.2~1.25倍時,自動(dong)轉(zhuan)入小(xiao)恒(heng)流充電,電流為(wei)50%額定流值,初充電總充電時間為72小時(shi),時(shi)間(jian)到后自動(dong)停止充電,完成初充電。
充(chong)電(dian)時,初充(chong)電(dian)指示燈和工(gong)作指示同時亮(liang);
初充電(dian)(dian)結束后,自動(dong)停機,初充電(dian)(dian)指示燈(deng)滅,充足燈(deng)亮(liang)。
充電信息(xi)查詢
充(chong)電機通(tong)電后,長按“信息”鍵2s,面板(ban)上“I.F”指示燈亮(liang),進(jin)入系(xi)統查詢界面(mian)。
本機可記錄(lu)*近(jin)30條充電信息。以No.1-No.30表示(shi)。每條(tiao)記錄中含:充足關機類型、充電(dian)電(dian)壓、時間、電(dian)流(liu)、容量。
長(chang)按(an)“信息”鍵2s或自(zi)動循環3次(ci)后,退出查詢狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
第(di)六章 故障現象、原因、處理方法
