充電機使(shi)用場所(suo)布(bu)置要求

本(ben)機應放置在通風干燥的地(di)方,避開高溫、灰塵及腐(fu)蝕性(xing)氣體(ti)。

確認本機(ji)的額定輸入電壓(ya)與(yu)所(suo)用的電網電壓(ya)是否一致(zhi)。

為確保(bao)(bao)本機正常工作,要(yao)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)充電場所空氣(qi)通暢。本機周圍至少保(bao)(bao)持(chi)30cm的空間,并要經常檢(jian)查(cha)充(chong)電場所通(tong)風口(kou)有(you)無堵塞。

充電機(ji)和蓄電池(chi)的放置(zhi)位置(zhi),如下圖所(suo)示:


圖(tu)中:

a——電動車輛AB周圍必備空間*少0.6米;

b——被充蓄(xu)電池和充電機間的(de)*小(xiao)距離1米;

c——充電(dian)機到(dao)易燃品的距離不得小于2.5米(mi);

d——充電(dian)機到易爆品(pin)的(de)距(ju)離不得小(xiao)于5米;

e——充電(dian)房的室內(nei)高度(取決于車輛(liang))不得低于2米。

充(chong)電機輸入(ru)、輸出線的連接

(1) 連接前首先確認(ren)充電(dian)機額定(ding)輸入電(dian)壓與輸入的電(dian)網電(dian)壓是否一致。

(2) 對于(yu)輸入(ru)電源為三相(xiang)的WBXC系列充電(dian)(dian)(dian)機,進(jin)線(xian)端 (熔斷器(qi)下(xia)樁頭)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)三相輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(火線(xian)),安裝板上的接(jie)地端通過(guo)黃綠雙色線(xian)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)地線(xian)。

對(dui)于輸入電(dian)源為二相的(de)WBXC系列充電(dian)機(立(li)式),進線端(熔斷器下(xia)樁頭)接電(dian)網(wang)二相輸電(dian)線(火(huo)線),安裝板上的(de)接地(di)端通過黃綠雙色線接電(dian)網(wang)地(di)線。詳(xiang)見(jian)下(xia)圖所示(shi):


對于輸入電源為(wei)單相的WBXC系列(lie)充電(dian)機(臺(tai)式),輸入(ru)、輸出線出廠時已連接,無需客(ke)戶手動連接。

(3) 充(chong)電機通過(guo)電源電纜與電網連接(jie)。為(wei)確保(bao)**,充(chong)電機輸入電源前端要求安裝(zhuang)動力(li)型斷路器,斷路器的容量(liang)大約為(wei)額定輸入電流的2倍。

作面板說(shuo)明


電源開關(guan):用于(yu)接通或斷(duan)開電網電源;

信息窗(chuang)(LED屏幕(mu))——顯示各種充(chong)電參數(shu)、故障代碼信息等;

信(xin)息鍵——

充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)容量自動(dong)依次顯示。單(dan)擊“信息”鍵(jian),可直接切換顯示內容;

按(an)“信息”鍵4s,設置均衡充電功能;

按(an)“信息(xi)”鍵10s,設置初充電(dian)功能;

按“信息(xi)”鍵(jian)15s,設(she)置脫硫充電功(gong)能;

按“信(xin)息”鍵6s,取消均衡充電(dian)、初充電(dian)、脫硫充電(dian)功能(neng);

按“信息”鍵(jian)2s,進(jin)入查詢界(jie)面。

充電運(yun)行(xing)及(ji)狀態(tai)指示燈:

ON”指示燈:燈亮,表(biao)示充電機正(zheng)在充電;

80%”指示(shi)燈:燈亮,表(biao)示(shi)充電機充入容量超(chao)過80%

100%”指示燈:燈亮(liang),表示充(chong)電機(ji)充(chong)電完(wan)成;電池已充(chong)足;

“均充”指示燈:燈亮(liang),表示本次充電(dian)將進行均充電(dian);

燈閃(shan)爍,表(biao)示正(zheng)在均充(chong)電進(jin)行中;

“初(chu)充(chong)電”指示燈:其與(yu)工作指示燈一起亮,表示充(chong)電機正(zheng)在(zai)初(chu)充(chong)電進(jin)行中;

“脫硫(liu)”指示燈(deng):燈(deng)亮,表示充電機在進行脫硫(liu)充電。

充電模式

對于普通鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池,本(ben)機具有(you)常規充電(dian)(dian)、均衡(heng)充電(dian)(dian)、脫(tuo)硫充電(dian)(dian)、初充電(dian)(dian)多種(zhong)模式可選。

對于免維護(hu)蓄電(dian)池,本機按事先(xian)設定的免維護(hu)蓄電(dian)池充電(dian)程序,按以(yi)下2.1條(tiao)的(de)步驟完成(cheng)充電。

常規充電

連(lian)接充(chong)電機(ji)和蓄電池(chi)充(chong)電插頭;

接通電源并合上電源開(kai)關(guan);

充電機進(jin)行約(yue)10秒的(de)延時檢測后,充(chong)電機自(zi)動啟動;同時,工作指示(shi)燈(deng)亮,信(xin)息窗(chuang)顯示(shi)充(chong)電參(can)數。

整個充電過程:“ON”工作(zuo)指示(shi)燈亮(liang)80%”容(rong)量(liang)指示燈亮100%”容(rong)量指示燈亮(liang),充(chong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)充(chong)足關機(ji)(ji)。

充電(dian)(dian)過程(cheng)中(zhong)信息(xi)窗內依(yi)次顯示充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓、充電(dian)(dian)時間、充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、充電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)。

注(zhu)(zhu):上(shang)圖中(zhong)所標注(zhu)(zhu)的時(shi)(shi)間為各階段*長時(shi)(shi)間。在實際充電過程中(zhong),各階段的轉換,由電流、電壓(ya)、時(shi)(shi)間、容(rong)量均衡等因素組合判斷(duan)。

均衡充電

本機均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)充(chong)電(dian)分(fen)自(zi)動(dong)均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)與(yu)手動(dong)均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)充(chong)電(dian)。均(jun)(jun)充(chong)電(dian)時,均(jun)(jun)充(chong)燈亮。

手動均(jun)衡充電(dian)(此(ci)功能僅(jin)適用(yong)于普通鉛酸電(dian)池(chi))

充電機先進(jin)行正常充電,充足(zu)關(guan)機一(yi)小(xiao)時后(hou),自動進(jin)行均充電。

均(jun)充(chong)電以(yi)小恒(heng)流(liu)方式進行,均(jun)充(chong)電流(liu)為(wei)額定電流(liu)的(de)25%,均充電時間(jian)為3小時。均充結束后(hou)自動關機(ji)。

自動均衡充電(dian)

充(chong)(chong)電機在(zai)每(mei)次充(chong)(chong)電結(jie)束(shu)后,會以(yi)涓(juan)流(liu)的方式對蓄電池自動(dong)進行均

衡充電(dian)。具體方式如下(xia):

當充足關機時間小于13小時,充電機以充5分鐘,停(ting)30分鐘(zhong)的(de)方

式對蓄電(dian)池補充均衡充電(dian)。

當累(lei)計充(chong)電時間(jian)(充(chong)足(zu)時間(jian)+補充(chong)(chong)均衡(heng)充(chong)(chong)電時間(jian))達13小時后或以充電13小時判斷充足關機的情況下,在1360小時間,充(chong)電(dian)機以充(chong)5分(fen)鐘,停2小時的方式對蓄電池補充均衡充電;大于60小時(shi),充(chong)電機以充(chong)5分鐘(zhong),停8小(xiao)時(shi)的方式(shi)對蓄電池(chi)保持(chi)充電。

脫硫充電(此功能僅適(shi)用于普通鉛(qian)酸電池)

接通電源;

連接蓄電池;

充電機進行約10秒的延時檢測,充(chong)電(dian)機自(zi)動啟動;同時,工作指示(shi)燈亮,信息窗顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu);

整個(ge)脫硫充(chong)電(dian)過程按以下順(shun)序進行:常規充(chong)電(dian)脫硫(liu)充電脫硫充電結(jie)束(shu)停機;

充(chong)電機先用50%額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進行恒流充電(dian)(dian)(dian),當蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上(shang)升到額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓后采用W充(chong)電(dian)曲線(xian)進行充(chong)電(dian),當(dang)蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓上升至額定(ding)電(dian)壓的1.21.25倍時,自動轉入恒壓充電,當電流(liu)下降至額定電流(liu)的30%時,以額定電流的30%的恒(heng)定電(dian)流進行(xing)脫(tuo)硫(liu)充電(dian),整個充電(dian)時間為(wei)72小時;

脫(tuo)硫充電結束后,自(zi)動停機,脫(tuo)硫指(zhi)示燈滅,充足(zu)燈亮。

初充電(dian)(此功能僅(jin)適用于普(pu)通鉛酸電(dian)池)

接通電(dian)源;

連接蓄電池(chi);

充電(dian)機進行約10秒的延時檢測(ce),充(chong)電機(ji)自動啟動;同(tong)時,工作指示(shi)燈亮,信息(xi)窗顯示(shi)充(chong)電電流(liu);

初充電過程:先(xian)用50%額(e)定電流進行恒流充電,當蓄電池電壓上升到額(e)定電壓后采用W充(chong)電曲線(xian)進行充(chong)電,當蓄(xu)電池電壓上(shang)升至額定電壓的1.21.25倍時(shi),自動轉入小恒流充電,電流為(wei)50%額定流值,初充(chong)電總充(chong)電時間為72小時,時間到后自(zi)動(dong)停止充電(dian),完成初充電(dian)。

充電(dian)時(shi),初(chu)充電(dian)指(zhi)示燈(deng)和(he)工(gong)作指(zhi)示同時(shi)亮;

初充電結束后,自動停機,初充電指示燈滅,充足(zu)燈亮。


充(chong)電信息查詢

充電機通電后,長按(an)“信(xin)息”鍵2s,面(mian)板上“I.F”指示燈亮(liang),進入系統查詢界(jie)面。

本(ben)機可記錄*近30條充電信息。以No.1-No.30表示。每條記錄(lu)中含:充足關(guan)機類(lei)型、充電電壓(ya)、時間、電流、容量。

長按“信息”鍵2s或自動循(xun)環3次后,退(tui)出查詢狀態(tai)。
