二、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結構,初級繞組繞在鐵芯上,高壓繞組在外,這種同軸(zhou)布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構見圖1:

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據(ju)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓);高壓側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)作為限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一(yi)般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非(fei)常準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了(le)準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操(cao)作注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應(ying)做好分工,明確(que)相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各種表計(ji),調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突然(ran)合(he)閘。也不能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)在(zai)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過高(gao)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試驗裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無(wu)誤后才(cai)可(ke)(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是(shi)否可(ke)(ke)靠接地,要按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的(de)(de)充(chong)電電流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安(an)表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各級電壓下微安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現(xian)象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)及(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的試驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統(tong)的外殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)(dian)源前,操(cao)作系統的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或(huo)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀表的(de)指示(shi)及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗并查明原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須(xu)嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行國(guo)家(jia)有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕緣配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)(shi)驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率
