二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

三、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系列(lie)操作箱(臺(tai)),經操作箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調壓器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)高壓繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中裝(zhuang)有高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整(zheng)流,以獲(huo)得直流高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作為交流輸出(chu)(chu)狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時(shi),作為直流輸出(chu)(chu)狀態。

試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)高壓套管中的高壓硅堆未(wei)畫(hua)出,其原(yuan)理與上圖(tu)相(xiang)同。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)做被試品的工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗使用(yong)接線原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓側(ce)額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管子長(chang)度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)法(fa):用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制(zhi)(zhi)成各種不同(tong)的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電阻:當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被試(shi)(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人監(jian)護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓。例(li)如調壓器不在(zai)零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不能(neng)突(tu)然切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在(zai)調壓器降至(zhi)零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下(xia)時,才能拉(la)開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動很大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流電阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸(shu)出電壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端短(duan)路電流不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電壓硅堆的(de)*大整流電流為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中,限流電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電阻還(huan)應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的(de)電(dian)容量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的(de)(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接地(di),要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃爍(shuo)等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查(cha)明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外殼以及操(cao)作系統(tong)的外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組的F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三(san)級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的低(di)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組的X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組的F端以及高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組的X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級、第(di)三(san)級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到(dao)零(ling)位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長(chang)期不(bu)使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光(guang)直(zhi)射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)
