二、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細(xi)資料(liao)請見其具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁(ci)感應原理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓回路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得(de)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓。當(dang)用一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得(de)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制方法:用(yong)(yong)蒸餾水加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非(fei)常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操(cao)作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并(bing)有專門人監(jian)護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)(shi)品狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時升壓(ya)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各(ge)種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不在(zai)零位時突然合閘。也不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零位時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品(pin)的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢(jian)查被試(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有(you)人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無(wu)誤后(hou)才(cai)可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya)(ya),防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應密(mi)切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)低壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度(du)(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)速度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品情(qing)況異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至(zhi)零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長(chang)期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置于通(tong)風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長(chang)期存(cun)放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不(bu)得(de)重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術(shu)》;《電氣設備(bei)(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出(chu)。Ct的變(bian)化很大,
