二、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入&nbsp;(為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使(shi)用(yong)說明(ming)書(shu))系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容量來(lai)選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加(jia)入(ru)適量硫酸(suan)銅配制(zhi)成各種不同(tong)的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓(ya)超過(guo)球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常(chang)準確的(de),其原(yuan)因是由(you)于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)人(ren)員應做(zuo)好分(fen)工(gong),明確相(xiang)互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗,一(yi)般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空升試驗。即不(bu)接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓。例如(ru)調壓器(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至(zhi)零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電壓以(yi)下時,才能(neng)拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下列(lie)不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在(zai)做被試品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按(an)**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容(rong)進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充(chong)分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統(tong)的(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接地。試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級試驗時,**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可(ke)接通(tong)電源,合閘,開(kai)始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度(du)上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數(shu)秒(miao)內(nei)勻速的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器(qi)返回至(zhi)零(ling)位(wei),然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額(e)定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以(yi)下(xia)不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因(yin)。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表(biao),為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設(she)備的絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長(chang)期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有(you)關(guan)標準和操作規(gui)程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性(xing)試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻率

被試設(she)備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大,

可由設備的類(lei)型而(er)定。
