二、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)采(cai)用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸布(bu)置減(jian)少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設(she)備(bei),詳(xiang)細資(zi)料請見其(qi)具體使(shi)用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經(jing)操作(zuo)箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時,可(ke)獲得(de)工頻(pin)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出(chu)(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出(chu)(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種不(bu)同的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及保(bao)護電阻(zu):當電壓超(chao)過球間隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一(yi)般取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放(fang)電,對被試品(pin)起到(dao)保(bao)護作用。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護電阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器不在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不能突然切斷電(dian)源,一般(ban)應在調壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現下列(lie)不(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及(ji)引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可靠接地,要按(an)**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的內容進行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)壓下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將(jiang)被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及(ji)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必(bi)須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可接(jie)(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪(lun)升壓(ya)。升壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)零開始按(an)一定的升壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度上(shang)升到您(nin)所需的額(e)定試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的速(su)(su)度升到您(nin)所需的額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切注意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試品的情況。升壓(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)或試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表(biao)的指示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試品情況異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調(diao)壓(ya)器返(fan)回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額(e)定參(can)數使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現以下(xia)不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中(zhong)不得重(zhong)力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

標稱試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
