一、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器概述

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是(shi)根據《試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器》標準,在油(you)(you)浸式試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)基礎上而設計(ji)生(sheng)產的(de)。SF6氣體(ti)(ti)具(ju)有(you)良好的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣性能(neng)及優異的(de)滅(mie)弧性能(neng),其耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)強(qiang)度為(wei)同一壓(ya)(ya)力下(xia)氮(dan)氣的(de)2.5倍,擊穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)空氣的(de)2.5倍。在0.25MPa下(xia)與油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相等(deng),在0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)力下(xia)是(shi)油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)2倍,是(shi)一種(zhong)優于油(you)(you)的(de)新一代超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)絕緣介質材料。該(gai)產品技術要求完(wan)全符(fu)合《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它(ta)是(shi)油(you)(you)浸式輕型試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)換代產品。該(gai)產品具(ju)有(you)體(ti)(ti)積小、重量輕、不受氣候變(bian)(bian)化影響、電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈小、現(xian)場搬運(yun)無(wu)需(xu)靜止(zhi)可使用,使用壽命長(chang)、免(mian)維修等(deng)特點(dian)。適用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)、工礦企業、科研部(bu)門等(deng)對各種(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設備、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元件、絕緣材料進(jin)行工頻或直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)的(de)絕緣強(qiang)度試(shi)(shi)驗。

二、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間(jian)的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專(zhuan)用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其(qi)具體(ti)使用說明(ming)書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外(wai)附)調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲得直流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交流輸出狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路桿時,作為直流輸出狀態。

試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆未畫(hua)出,其原理(li)與上圖相同。

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器做被試品的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗使用接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi)(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同(tong)的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電阻(zu)可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)(rong)(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方(fang)法(fa)。并(bing)有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試品應(ying)先清掃(sao)干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免(mian)損壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行(xing)空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位時突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也(ye)不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接(jie)線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電阻還應(ying)具(ju)有足夠(gou)的容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電距離。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗(yan)的(de)操作及注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查(cha)被(bei)試品是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復(fu)查(cha)(cha)無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線(xian)與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容(rong)進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表(biao)。必要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微安(an)表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)密切(qie)監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安(an)表(biao),一(yi)旦(dan)發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的外殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測量繞組的F端(duan)必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的低壓繞組(zu)的X端,測量繞組(zu)的F端以及高壓繞組(zu)的X端(高壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零(ling)位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度(du)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切(qie)(qie)注(zhu)意(yi)測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異(yi)常,應(ying)立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查(cha)明(ming)情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試(shi)驗(yan)必須外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下(xia)不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因(yin)。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長(chang)期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不(bu)得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松(song)動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由設(she)備(bei)的類型而定(ding)。
