YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體使用說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級(ji)繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容升現(xian)象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器來(lai)(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間(jian)聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都(dou)應(ying)先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),校對(dui)(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓器降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才能(neng)拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可(ke)省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)(de)內(nei)容進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電電流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀(du)取(qu)各(ge)級電壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的外殼以(yi)及操作系統的外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)的(de)調壓器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數(shu)使用。除試(shi)驗(yan)必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin)。

被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽(yang)光直射的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表(biao)不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外(wai),還(huan)必須嚴格(ge)執行國家(jia)有(you)關標準和(he)操(cao)作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確(que)定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)
