YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)是根據《試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)》標準(zhun),在油(you)(you)浸式(shi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)而設計生產(chan)(chan)的(de)。SF6氣體(ti)具有良好的(de)電(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性能及優(you)異的(de)滅弧性能,其耐壓(ya)強度為(wei)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)氮氣的(de)2.5倍(bei),擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)空(kong)氣的(de)2.5倍(bei)。在0.25MPa下(xia)與油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)相等(deng),在0.45MPa壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)是油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)2倍(bei),是一(yi)(yi)種優(you)于油(you)(you)的(de)新一(yi)(yi)代超(chao)高壓(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材料(liao)。該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)技術(shu)要求完(wan)全符(fu)合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是油(you)(you)浸式(shi)輕型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)換代產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)具有體(ti)積小、重量輕、不受氣候(hou)變化影響、電(dian)暈小、現場(chang)搬運(yun)無需(xu)靜止(zhi)可(ke)使用(yong)(yong),使用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)長、免(mian)維修等(deng)特(te)點。適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統、工礦企(qi)業、科研部門等(deng)對各種高壓(ya)電(dian)氣設備、電(dian)氣元件、絕緣(yuan)材料(liao)進行工頻(pin)或直流(liu)高壓(ya)下(xia)的(de)絕緣(yuan)強度試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

二、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公司(si)生(sheng)產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體使用(yong)(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶(ou)調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感應原理(li),在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)壓套(tao)管(guan)中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓。當用(yong)一短路桿將高(gao)壓硅堆短接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓,作為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作為直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電阻,管子長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)所謂容升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人員應做(zuo)好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互間聯系(xi)方(fang)法(fa)。并有專(zhuan)門人監護(hu)現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零位時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠的容量和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很(hen)大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外(wai)連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可加壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及(ji)引線與地(di)、與操(cao)作人(ren)員的**距離(li),被(bei)試品的外殼是(shi)否可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電電流(liu)燒壞微(wei)安(an)表。必(bi)要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視(shi)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身充(chong)分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進行的試(shi)驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗變壓器的外(wai)殼以及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞(rao)組的X端(高壓尾)以及測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)(yuan)前(qian),操作系統(tong)的(de)調壓器必須(xu)調到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的指示以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)品的情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)如發現(xian)測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的指示及被(bei)試(shi)品情(qing)(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢(bi)后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至(zhi)零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被(bei)試品(pin)內有(you)不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅(shan)自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作(zuo)規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防(fang)性試驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/150KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定(ding)輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的(de)頻率

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)橋(qiao)測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
