二、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置(zhi)減(jian)少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見(jian)其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書(shu))系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓套管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)壓回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

注:高(gao)壓(ya)尾必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠(gou)的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操作(zuo)注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好(hao)分工(gong),明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度(du)不能太(tai)快,并必須防(fang)止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合(he)閘。也不能突然(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能(neng)拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有(you)不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先(xian)檢查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置(zhi)的接線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備(bei)及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必(bi)要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別(bie)讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象(xiang)應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的外殼必須可靠接地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組的F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前(qian),操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后(hou)方可(ke)接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋(xuan)轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被試品的(de)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發(fa)現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示及(ji)被試品情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的(de)將調壓器(qi)返回(hui)至(zhi)零(ling)位,然(ran)后切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。

6、本產(chan)品不得(de)超過額定(ding)參數使用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)(或數(shu)字(zi)跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢(jian)查SF6壓力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放(fang)置于通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本說明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)國家(jia)有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確(que)定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)

被試設(she)備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設(she)備(bei)的類型而定。
