二、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結構(gou)(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)(de)耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構(gou)(gou)(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其(qi)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)設備(bei),詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu)(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得(de)工(gong)(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出狀態;取(qu)消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出狀態。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆未畫(hua)出,其原理與(yu)上圖相同。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器做被(bei)試品的工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗使用接(jie)線原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額定容量來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi)(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠(gou)的熱容量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)(shui)加入適(shi)量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成(cheng)各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(shi)(一般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品起到保護作(zuo)用(yong)。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)(zhun)確的,其原(yuan)因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出(chu)(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現(xian)場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般(ban)都應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突然(ran)合閘(zha)(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位時拉(la)閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列(lie)不正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗應先抽(chou)出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試驗中限流電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)流不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)。限流電(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連(lian)線(xian)是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到有人工(gong)作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線后,應復(fu)查(cha)無(wu)誤后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所(suo)規定的內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密(mi)切監(jian)視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記(ji)錄(lu)。

5)試驗(yan)(yan)完(wan)畢(bi),降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地(di)。試驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第(di)(di)三級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組的F端(duan)(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼。**級、第(di)(di)三級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼必(bi)須(xu)通過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必須調到零位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方(fang)法(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓從零開始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓,并密切(qie)注意測(ce)(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)指示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品情(qing)況異(yi)常(chang),應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不(bu)正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應(ying)測量被(bei)試設(she)備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率

被(bei)試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
