二、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同(tong)軸布置(zhi)減(jian)少了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使用說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)做(zuo)被試(shi)品的工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗使用接線原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高壓尾(wei)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)(shui)加入適(shi)量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種(zhong)不(bu)同的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間隙整定值時(shi)(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用(yong)。球間隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)員應做(zuo)好分(fen)工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能太(tai)快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)(bu)在(zai)(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在(zai)(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)(fa)現下列不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)在做被(bei)試品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試驗時(shi)接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中,限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿(yan)面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)的(de)操(cao)作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地(di)放電(dian),一切(qie)對外(wai)連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注(zhu)意(yi)檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)(de)**距(ju)離,被試品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中(zhong)所規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被(bei)試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應(ying)分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切監(jian)視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗時(shi),**級、第三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及(ji)被試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被試品(pin)情況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將調(diao)壓(ya)器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過(guo)額定參(can)數使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期不使用時(shi),應放置(zhi)于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試驗時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備預防性試驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被(bei)試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大(da),

可由(you)設備的類型而(er)定。
